fixed a few broken links and did some restructuring. every header is now its own folder. also added the ideas tab, along with its first article that is a wip.

we've got a fancy 32 bit favicon now, 16 by 16 pixels! wow! also i fixed some of the link colors. added a new wallpaper and some coldplay rankings
